Most other companies said they would need 2-3 months to even book an appointment to even look at the leak, but Jason and team came the same day we called them.Jason was highly communicative throughout the process while his team fixed the leak and the significant water damage that it had created. These guys responded instantly, came out right away, and did a complete and thorough removal of the flooring, cleaned everything up, and did all the proper mitigation steps. We felt truly SAFE with them after quite a struggle. Where they really excelled was in what happened next. For some reason, our insurance company went silent. It was a nightmare. Kylie at TRT was a warrior and worked with us for months until we finally got the insurance company to respond appropriately. It was so helpful to have a company that spoke the insurance language and knew how to stick with it until the claim was resolved. Kylie was a true hero and the whole team was professional and courteous with us the entire time. We'd use them next time for sure (I hope there is no next time!) Thanks, TRT.

Gave us a very detailed quote within 24 hours and went above-and-beyond to work with our insurance (who wasn't nearly so great to work with).

  During the Feb '20 winter freeze, a cap blew off of a pipe in the middle of the night. Within an hour, I awoke to flooding throughout my entire house. I called more water mitigation companies than I can count and ended up on 12 waitlists. … More Once roads opened up, Total Restoration of Texas was the first company who had the means and the equipment to help. All the others were short-staffed and under-equipped to fill the enormous needs of our community. I got a 9:30 pm text from Kylie, the office manager. She apologized for the late contact and asked if I still need help. (Ummm... Yes, please!) Ryan was out the next day. He managed all of the water mitigation. From the inspection to the demo to the dry out, he was there. They all had to be working 80 hours/week, and they did it all with a smile. Then came insurance. Whew! Kylie handled most of it and let me know when I needed to step in. Boy, she sure knows the ropes when it comes to dealing with insurance! I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, Total Restoration of Texas will be the first people I call. They are professional, they took care of my home and belongings, and they took care of me when I needed help with my insurance company. Thank you!

Their painters and drywall crew are the bomb - the house looks better than before! The entire crew is extremely professional and available to answer any questions no matter what. They were friendly, responsive and came out in a very reasonable and timely manner. Jason is simply the best! He eased our minds and helped us navigate this difficult process. Jason answered our 5 million questions, was very kind, honest, straightforward, patient, and understanding. He walked us through every single detail and did very thorough inspections and work. His crew was super nice, efficient, respectful and incredibly talented. I highly recommend Total Restoration of Texas. They did a wonderful job and provided excellent contacts. They were able to start the very next … More day to address the water damaged and deal with the mold issue. They were very professional and kept me updated on the progress. They filed a claim directly to my insurance company, which I appreciated, because I had enough to deal with. I would highly recommend using Total Restoration if you ever have the need to.
